SUPPORT AGREEMENTS

 

PTO Consulting support agreements cover the correction of inherent software errors, functional enhancements and ongoing updates of the software and documentation.

 

If you have a require assistance, contact us quoting the registration number of your package and provide copies of the roster (*.ros) and environment (*.env) files in use at the time the fault occurred, and we will respond with a patch or workaround, usually within 48 hours.

 

Please describe the nature of the problem in as much detail as possible so we can re-create the problem and fix it.
